Spengler contradicts Kant pointing out that there are only a  few elements of knowledge (“characters”) that are truly universal, that most knowledge is Culture bound and therefore not universal; there are therefore 2 a priori knowledges, a very small set of universal a priori and much larger set of Culturally defined a priori.
